I have been coming to this particular Gym for seven years now (excluding the lockdowns), and I would describe it as a “maestoso temple of growth”. This is basically my second home, very convenient for me as I only live down the road and the fact that it’s open 24 hours a day makes it a bonus.

Very safe and secure, even at night. The machines and equipment are always clean, you can feel the friendly ambience as soon as you walk in and the staff members actually talk and treat you like a human being. Most of the staff members are qualified personal trainers themselves and if I was to recommend one of them it would have to be Ivana.

This woman knows her stuff, her methods of training fit any category, whether you're looking to lose weight or bulk up, she would help you get to that destination. She’s very punctual, disciplined, understanding and friendly, a true definition of a personal trainer.

In conclusion, this is not just a Gym, this is a place of discipline and growth, not only in a physical aspect but also in a mental one. I can honestly say I am a proud member of the best Gym in the country, this Gym is the one ?

It's nice a cool here and the workers are especially nice.

It is a shame that the number of paper towels and sprays has been significantly reduced now. They run out more quickly and so it’s difficult to wipe down equipment after use - particularly important during the hot weather.

The most polite, energies, trained and doing her job with a lot of love and passion.
I will continue with Ana Maria as my personal trainer.

Absolutely love this club. Best of the 3 that I have been to in this brand. Although all of them are great this one stands out because the staff are so nice, the place is kept in great shape, and it smells cleeeeeean! Parking is also conveniently 4 hours free right outside the front door :).

I like to work with everyone but in special with Ana and Yana

The Gym Group has lots of interesting stations including sled tracks , all the current exercise machines and gymnastic bars . Plus plenty of space for free standing weights. The staff are skilled with diverse interests and experience, and are friendly and supportive . There are also a 4-5 free gym classes every day..

Great gym, amazing team!

I paid a full month subscription and cancelled my direct debit as I would like to pass the transaction myself on monthly basis. The system didn't allow me in as it says that I have to pay again and set a direct debit - customer support didn't help at all, nor managed a refund—such poor customer service.

I do enjoy the place , and have been working out there for 3 years , it needs a bit more of management on place as it gets messy with equipment, also lack of comum sense from some members , but as I said , a bit more of management input , would fix all of that.

I moved to the gym group from pure gym but that was bad experienced. I tried to change direct debit but they stopped my gym entrance even my paid month 20 days was still pending. I sent 2 email but they didn't reply back. I don't recommend to anyone go for this group.
